This amalgamation of 4 groups in a single powerful unit is producing a range of products established in 2021 with a spinning plant in the textile division beginning with 70000 plus spindles in a single campus of land.

It is situated in Village Amletha, Tal. Nandod, Dist. Narmada, which comes under the Notified Backward Area, dominated by the Adivasis & Tribal area. Located, 55kms from Ankleshwar and Bharuch evenly, whereas on a distance of 80 kms from Vadodara and a 120 kms from Surat, Gujarat.

The Company is managed by the Board of Directors who are mostly professionals and have rich and wide experience in their respective fields.

This modern composite Spinning Mill was established with the latest machineries with a capacity of producing 72000 spindles. This mill produces Polyester yarns and Fancy yarn for the domestic and export market. Currently, the management of this industrial unit is in a process of refurnishing the entire Spinning Mill.
